Do I need a patch test?
Patch testing is a mandatory requirement for Lash Lift, Lash Extensions, Brow Tint and Brow Lamination services.

The patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and remains valid for six months.

While we understand you may have had a patch test at another salon, different salons use different products, so we must conduct our own.
Do I need to book an appointment
We highly recommend booking an appointment to avoid disappointment, as our therapists work on different days and may not always be available for walk-ins.
Booking in advance ensures you get the time and therapist that suits you best.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, we accept both cash and card payments. Please note, due to our cancellation policy, clients will be required to enter their card details when booking.
You are welcome to pay in cash or card for your service at the time of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.

If you do not show up for your appointment, the full 100% of the service price will be charged.
